Set it around your morning
Light, medium or dark: crust to your taste
Choose one of three browning levels and a 700 or 900 g loaf. The LCD shows your settings, while the viewing window lets you check progress without lifting the lid unnecessarily.
For a delayed start, use only ingredients that can safely remain in the pan: the manual advises against eggs, fresh milk, fruit or onion.
A small ritual before you begin
The right ingredient order gives the dough a better start
Begin with the liquid, then add salt and sugar, followed by an unbroken layer of flour. Add the yeast last, in a small well, so it does not touch the water or salt before the programme starts.

- 01LiquidWater or another liquid specified by the recipe.
- 02AdditionsButter, salt, sugar and other ingredients.
- 03FlourAn even, dry layer covers the liquid.
- 04YeastKept separate on top, away from the salt and water.
For this model, the manual specifies a limit of 490 g of flour and 6 g of yeast. Always take the exact quantities from your chosen recipe.
