Delivery
We ship within the carrier’s current service area via Nova Poshta:
- Kyiv courier delivery — to your address.
- Nova Poshta branch pickup — to an available branch in Ukraine. Delivery to your chosen branch and the estimated delivery time are confirmed when your order is confirmed.
Orders are dispatched from branch #1 in Trebuhiv village, Kyiv region.
Lead time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Nova Poshta delivery typically takes 1–3 days depending on region.
Payment
- Payment is accepted only by bank transfer to a sole proprietor (FOP) or a VAT-registered company.
