Dried vegetable stock mix
A practical base of carrot, celery, onion, parsley and garlic for soups and stews.
Combine the ingredients only after each has finished drying and cooled completely.
This is a base mixture, not a way to dry raw vegetables together. Every component must complete its own process before mixing.

Ingredients
- dried carrot 110 g
- dried celery 100 g
- dried onion 100 g
- dried parsley 30 g
- dried garlic 20 g

Check components
Measure the prepared dried ingredients: dried carrot, dried celery, dried onion, dried parsley, dried garlic.

If starting with fresh food, first dry each component separately using its own recipe and cool it completely. The listed quantities are for dried components.

Check each component; exclude damp, sticky or spoiled pieces.

Assemble
Combine the checked dry components with clean, dry utensils. The assembled mix does not need another drying cycle.

Pack
Transfer the mix immediately to a clean, dry airtight container and label the packing date.
After cooling
Keep the mixture airtight in a cool dry dark place. After adding water, cook and store the dish as fresh food.
How to enjoy it
Add the mixture to water, soup or a stew and cook until the vegetables reach the texture you want.
