What to check
- The permitted loaf weight and exact WBM-X4406 programme list. Choose the programme specified for the recipe.
- Ingredient order, temperature and quantities. Measure as directed; yeast, baking soda and baking powder are not interchangeable without adjusting the recipe.
- The flour type. Changing its composition changes the dough, so ordinary and gluten-free flour are not direct substitutes.
Delayed start and care
Do not use delayed start with milk, eggs or other ingredients that spoil without refrigeration. Use oven gloves to remove the hot pan after baking and let it cool before washing. Protect the coating from metal tools.
