Dried mushroom soup mix
Mushrooms, onion, parsley and garlic, each fully dried with its own recipe.
Prepare every component with its separate WetAir recipe, cool it completely, check dryness again and only then combine everything in a clean dry container.
This mixture combines finished dried foods. Mixing does not replace drying or correct damp mushrooms, onion, parsley or garlic.
Ingredients
- dried edible mushrooms 190 g
- dried onion 110 g
- dried parsley 25 g
- dried garlic 15 g
Preparation
- Use only correctly identified edible mushrooms dried to the endpoint in their separate recipe.
- Prepare the dried onion, parsley and garlic separately and cool every component completely.
- Inspect the foods before mixing and remove every soft, sticky or damp piece.
Drying steps

How to check doneness
The mixture is ready to pack only when every component meets its own endpoint, has cooled completely and shows no visible moisture.
Safety first
Do not add a doubtful or under-dried component to the shared batch; mixing cannot make it stable.
Cooling and storage
Cooling
Keep the mixture airtight in a cool dry dark place and check for condensation. Once water is added, treat the soup as fresh food.
Serving ideas
Add the mixture to water or stock and cook until the mushrooms and vegetables reach the texture you want.
