How it works
How heat leaves the room
In cooling mode, the WPAC-H10K removes room heat with a rated cooling capacity of 2.93 kW.
Room air gives up heat
In cooling mode, the WPAC-H10K removes room heat with a rated cooling capacity of 2.93 kW. Room air passes over a cold heat exchanger to release that heat.
Refrigerant carries the heat
Refrigerant carries heat to the hot heat exchanger, with a compressor driving the refrigeration cycle.
Hot air is exhausted outdoors
Air passing over the hot heat exchanger carries heat out through the exhaust duct, not back into the room.
Cooled air returns
A separate cooled airflow returns to the room. Sealing the window helps limit warm air entering from outside.
The resultCooling needs a correctly installed exhaust; without it, the hot air stays in the room.
For cooling, the exhaust hose must discharge hot air outdoors through a properly fitted window kit. Running without heat exhaust will not cool the room. Interior images are not installation diagrams.
Cooling and heating in one unit
Use cooling in warm weather and the heating mode when warmth is needed. The 2.93 kW rating is cooling output, not electrical input or a heating-output rating.
Condensate may still need draining
The self-evaporation system uses some condensate during operation. Draining may still be needed in some conditions; follow the indicators and the drainage instructions for the selected mode.
Getting started
Prepare the window and exhaust
Position the unit level, route the duct outdoors and seal the opening as instructed. Avoid sharp bends and keep the grilles clear.
Select cooling
Set the desired temperature and check the cooled airflow direction. Sunlight, warm surfaces and incoming outdoor air affect how quickly the room cools.
Check condensate
Watch the indicators and drain water when required by the manual. Switch off before draining or moving the unit.

Can the WPAC-H10K provide heating?
Yes, it has a heating mode. Check the manual for that mode’s exhaust and condensate arrangements.
Can it cool without the exhaust duct?
Room cooling requires heat to leave the room. Without a correctly installed exhaust duct, hot air returns to the room.
