WFDA-K34CBS is a silicone mould with four rectangular cavities. Portion a fruit-and-nut mixture or fruit-leather purée into them, then flex the walls after cooling to release the finished bars.

How it works
From a soft mixture to a finished portion
WFDA-K34CBS supports the food’s shape during drying; the dehydrator itself provides heat and airflow.
The surface holds the mixture
Four rectangular cavities hold the mixture in separate portions. Spread it evenly within each cavity.
Moisture leaves the exposed surface
Warm air passes over the exposed mixture and carries away moisture. Even thickness helps avoid a wet centre and over-dried edges.
The finished food releases
After cooling, gently flex the walls and remove the bars without a metal blade.
The resultThe mould or sheet supports the food until release; correct temperature and a doneness check still matter.
Four portions from the start
Rectangular cavities shape the bars without cutting a large sheet. Fill them with similar amounts and avoid a thick mound in the middle to keep drying times closer.
Flexible walls instead of a knife
Let the portions cool, then flex the silicone away from the edges. Do not cut food inside the mould or pry it out with sharp metal.
