Crisp dried courgettes
Dry courgette rounds without oil or a garlic coating.
Young courgette is cleared of an overgrown centre and dried alone, without oil or seasoning hiding residual moisture. Check one cooled piece for doneness.
For a first try, prepare a small batch of “Crisp dried courgettes”: even pieces are easier to space well and check without rushing.
