Pizza dough
The bread maker mixes and proves the dough while you prepare the toppings.
Load the one stated batch, choose the dough programme and shape the pizza by hand after the signal.
There is no 500 g, 750 g or 900 g switch here: the source gives one specific batch. Do not scale it automatically without checking your machine's capacity.

The programme handles kneading and the first rise.

After the signal, gently release excess gas and stretch the base.
- 4
Bake separately
Add toppings and bake in the oven according to your chosen pizza recipe.
If something looks off
The dough sticks to my hands
Do not add a large amount of flour at once. Lightly oil your hands or surface and check whether the dough still holds its shape.
The dough barely rose
Check the yeast is fresh, the right programme was used and the yeast stayed dry before starting.
The base springs back
Cover the dough and let it rest briefly, then stretch it again without forcing it.
After cooling
Shape it soon after the programme. If you must wait, cover and chill it, then let it become pliable again before shaping.
How to enjoy it
Stretch it into one large base or a few smaller ones—whatever suits your tray and preferred crust thickness.

Frequently asked questions
Why are there no three sizes?
The official source supports only this batch. A loaf-size button is not evidence that the dough formula can be multiplied.
Will the bread maker bake the pizza?
No. It mixes and proves the dough here; bake the shaped pizza separately.
