How to use
The silicone mould with four rectangular cavities is for bars: granola, fruit-and-nut mixes, fruit leather in bar form. Press the mix into the cavities in an even layer, dry at the recipe temperature and, once fully cooled, flex the mould to release the finished bars.
- Do not fill the cavities above the rim — the mix must dry through evenly.
- Do not cut food in the mould or place it on the heating element.
- Wash by hand with a soft sponge and dry completely before storage.
