An easy start to home dehydrating
A compact companion for apple crisps, herbs and small pantry batches WetAir WFD-K380W
WFD-K380W takes up little room on the worktop, while five transparent sections keep the food in view as it dries. Straightforward manual controls make it an inviting choice for first recipes and an easy everyday routine.
5 transparent trays and a compact 29.5 × 29.5 cm footprint make an easy fit for smaller homemade batches.

Made for your routine
Small batches, plenty of variety
Five levels make it easy to separate apples, pears, vegetables and herbs. The manual allows up to 0.5 kg on each tray, helping you organise a batch without overloading the sections.
- fruit crisps
- herbs for seasoning
- sliced vegetables
- first recipe trials
How the air moves
Warm air travels along the transparent levels
Horizontal airflow begins at the rear of the appliance. Leave space between slices, keep the vents clear and cut pieces to an even thickness so air can move freely across every level.

Calm, considered control
Simple manual control, without extra menus
Temperature adjusts from 35 to 70 °C in 5 °C increments. There is no built-in timer, so monitor the time separately. After a continuous cycle of up to 24 hours, the manual recommends allowing the appliance to cool for 2 hours.

Give the air room to move
Place WFD-K380W on a level, dry surface, leaving at least 20 cm behind and above it and 10 cm at the sides. After a cycle, let the sections cool, wash them and dry them completely.
