Method
-
Prepare
Prepare the dried apple with its separate WetAir recipe, then cool it completely and check it again.
-
Prepare the raisins with their separate recipe and remove every damp or doubtful fruit.
-
Measure quick oats and ground cinnamon into a clean dry bowl, add the dried apple and raisins, and mix with a dry utensil.
-
Arrange and dry
Do not dehydrate raw oats and fresh fruit as one batch; only finished dry fruit enters the mix.

Confirm that the apple and raisins are fully dry and cold before they touch the oats.
-
Transfer the dry mixture to an airtight container immediately; add liquid only when cooking a serving.
-
Check and cool
The packet is ready only when both fruit components meet their own endpoint, are fully cool and show no visible moisture.
Check the texture on a separate piece after it cools briefly. -
Let every dry component cool completely before combining them.
After cooling
Keep the dry mixture airtight in a cool, dry and dark place. Mark the preparation date and check for moisture before every use.
How to enjoy it
Add water or milk and cook the portion until the quick oats are tender; stir before serving.
