Daily use
ECO mode, volume and care
The 50 l tank suits one or two users and a kitchen: showers in a row without waiting, and a full heat-up from cold takes less time than on the 80 l models at the same 1500 W.
For a daily shower choose the 55 °C setting — that is ECO mode: less energy spent holding the temperature and less scale than at 75 °C. Use the higher 65 and 75 °C settings when you need a reserve of hot water for a bath.
- The wet element heats the water directly and the magnesium anode protects the tank from corrosion — have it checked during scheduled servicing.
- Never switch the unit on without water in the tank and do not alter the factory safety components.
- During a long absence switch the heater to ECO or turn it off.
