How to use
The fine mesh holds berries, herbs, sliced garlic and small pieces that would fall through a standard tray. Spread the food in a single layer: berries dry at 60 °C, herbs and greens at 45 °C to keep their aroma.
- Do not block the air openings — an even flow matters more than a dense layout.
- Put juicy berries on the lower levels so drips do not reach other trays.
- Rinse the mesh after use, dry it completely and store it flat.
