How to use
Non-stick fruit-leather sheets are laid on a dehydrator tray and the fruit purée is spread evenly 3–5 mm thick. WetAir recipes dry fruit leather at 60 °C; a finished sheet peels off easily, stays pliable and is not sticky.
- Do not fill the sheet to the edge — leave free strips for the air.
- Peel the leather off after it has cooled completely, roll it up and store it airtight.
- Wash the sheets by hand with a soft sponge; do not cut on them or place them on the heating element.
