- dried apples 110 g
- dried bananas 100 g
- raisins 90 g
- dried apricots 70 g
Method

Prepare
Prepare dried apples separately with its WetAir recipe.

Prepare dried bananas, raisins, dried apricots in the same way without shortening their separate processes.

Prepare every component separately with its complete recipe, cool it and check its dryness again.

Arrange and dry
Do not dry different raw components as one mixture; each must complete its own process first.
Leave space between pieces so air can move freely around them. -
Remove every soft, sticky, damp or doubtful piece.

Combine only dry cold components with clean dry utensils and close the container immediately.

Check and cool
The mix is ready only when every component meets its own physical dryness endpoint, has cooled completely and shows no visible moisture.
Check the texture on a separate piece after it cools briefly. -
Let every dry component cool completely before combining them.
After cooling
Keep the dry mixture airtight in a cool, dry and dark place and check the container for condensation.
How to enjoy it
Move a portion to a clean dry container and serve without rehydrating.

Can all components be dried together?
No. Dry each component through its separate recipe first, then let it cool completely.
What should I do with a damp piece?
