Unused goods of proper quality

A product of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, where the conditions of Ukrainian consumer-protection law are met.

• the product has not been used and retains its appearance and consumer properties;
• seals, labels, complete set and purchase document are retained;
• the product is not included in a statutory category that cannot be returned.

How to request a return

1. Email service@wetair.ua with the order number and reason for the request.
2. Wait for the return address and shipping instructions.
3. After inspection, the team will confirm the available exchange or refund process and timing under applicable law.

Faulty goods

If a fault is found, stop using the product and contact service@wetair.ua. Warranty terms depend on the exact model and its documents. The service team will explain diagnosis, shipping and the available remedy.
